@proberthull24 Brown beat Probert easily in their first fight; every time Probert lifted his right hand to throw a punch Brown filled his earhole until Probert gave up. The fight ended with Brown talking and Probert wishing he was on vacation someplace else. I've seldom seen a fighter so disinterested and beaten after only being hit 6 or 7 times. Behn Wilson was the NHLs best fighter until the day he retired after the 88-89 season; Crowder, Simon and Brown were besting Probert shortly after

@justice008a Crowder, McCarthy, and Clark that you have mentioned are all in proberts detroit days he didnt have many losses from 84 to about 93 discluding the bans from drugs and alchol he was the best at fighter hands down we both have differnt opinions, Brown was a very good fighter but never beat probert, grimson never beat probert in the detroit days, Clark beat probert yes but probert beat him proper good in round 2 or 3 i believe. After 95 probert wasnt the top i agree with that statement

@proberthull24 on Probert's "fight card" he had a losing record vs Brashear, Crowder, Twist, Kocur, Langdon, Shelley, Worrell, McCarthy, McKenzie, Laus, and Wendel Clark. Those are all guys Probert fought more than once and who came out on top against him. I would say Berube bested him more often than not. Grimson says Dave Brown is #1 without hesitation. Wendel Clark says Behn Wilson is #1 without hesitation; didn't even mention Probert. Not just me; other guys who know more than you agree

@justice008a do some research?? i have over 250+ fights of probert and i tell you something ewen maybe got a ko victory on probert big deal muhammed ali lost fights??? dave brown lost fights?? even playfair lost fights and everyone lost fights so one fight doesnt mean he gets kicked off the top 1 spot you ask anyone except for yourself obvisouly they would say probert was and always will be the best fightter of the nhl look at his fightcards, victories over the likes of brown, grimson, domi etc
