    I hope that you will reach out for help because it sounds like you are really hurting. Try calling a hotline - 1-800-273 TALK - and speaking with people who will listen. The Youth Suicide Prevention Program of Washington State wants to prevent tragedies and that is why we made the video. Don;t become a statistic - get help!!

  • A great way to deal with depression is to smoke alot of weed. trust me it works wonders

  • There is a CURE for deep Depression, Despair, and Hopelessness. I was in the Chains of Hopelessness for years and couldn't find anyway out.   • Suicide rate in SD is at an all time high from ten years ago. Angela Himalaya is a survivor of suicide. and is certified in suicide prevention. And had tooken up the title SPS CI which is suicide prevention specialist. and crisis Intervention. She works currently at BHCFE and holds a bi weekly support group. since than she's helped people online with there problems and is making progress at support matters. (BSA-BNC NEWS)
