    Very hard and I didn't particularly enjoy the pike jumps, but still another jump-in-the-trenches, pedal-to-the-metal super intense workout!

    I workout for about 6 months now, but after I did this workout three days ago, I I still can't sit down without pain ^^, yesterday I could barely move, so this is a REALLY intense workout!! thank you, Zuzka!! :D

    i've been doing your work out since last Sunday, six times per week. i usually finish up with 30 to 45 mins of cardio, sometimes i also train on a certain part of my body (of course, i eat clean as well! lean meat, more greens, fruit, water), and now i can see the result of my hard work in such short period of time which makes me proud of myself! thanks Zuzana! your videos and NIKE MAKE YOURSELFs' have motivated and pushed me so hard, you have no idea! :)))
