Nikki's U.S. album debut will be out on May 4 (Decca). Produced by the legendary Phil Ramone and Jesse Harris (Grammy-winner for his work with Norah Jones), the album will showcase Yanofsky's "purity across her multi-octave range" (NY Post) with music that includes standards by the Gershwins and Ellington, an original song by Feist, and Nikki's writing collaborations with Harris, Ron Sexsmith and others.

@katetierra11Surely nationality is irrelevant when it comes to having empathy as a performer fo a particular musical genre. For example jazz pianist / singer Diana Krall is Canadian yet she sings the classical American song book superbly well. My point is that Nikki Yanofsky has this sort of potential.

She is an amazing singer. Isn't her new CD going to be called "Nikki" if you look at the youtube video it says it is going to be called "Nikki" and not "New To Me". It may have just been a mistake that you made since her music is so new to you.
