I own old GM stock and now these assholes are creating a new company with new stock and rendering my shares worthless. They shouldn't be allowed to do that. That's basically stealing from me and the other stock holders. They shouldn't be allowed to start a new without paying us a decent amount for our shares.

You are an idiot. Despite what public schools have taught you we are not a democracy. Most of our Framers were dead set against a democracy. We are a republic and the rule of law "Constitution" usurps any politicians whims. This includes OBAMA. And any politician begins to usurp the people and their will that people have the authority to abolish the that government official. Jefferson abolish 26 government officials.
