Going out of town again.
I hope I can do well.
I need to stop comparing myself to other weight loss people on YouTube. Urg. It's frustrating me.

  • Please do not compare yourself to impatientdieter she is a FRAUD!! You are doing wonderful....your body has a lot of muscle so your progress won't be measured by the scale. You have to look in the mirror or try on different sizes in clothes.

  • i think you have done very well!!!! it's good to stay positive. have you heard of the EA Sports Active? me and my hubby got it for the wii. it works with the wii board( i know that you have that) it gives you a good work out better than the wii fit.i just love it. it does motivate you and has the 30 day challenge. i thought you might be interested in it. tell me what you think. talk soon. :o)

  • Yeahhhh, I bought it last week. I only did it once, but it was really a good workout. I just haven't done it again because I live on the 3rd floor and it's just rude to my neighbors below.

  • I relate to the mental block thing. When I do loads, I feel Im entitled to eat more. When I eat very little, I say my bodies to weak to do exercise due to lack of food ha ha! Keep it up! Well done!

  • Congrats on the 1.5 lost...Focus this week, and you at least maintain this week during your Chicago visit, just enjoy things in moderation. Good luck next week :) PS hot dogs are my FAVORITE food too, and I don't buy them for the same reason lol.....I usually go into a hot dog craze when I haven't ...well you know lol.... (I think it's a subconscious thing lol)

  • Tracie, you are doing so well, and the right way! You are the person that made me start now I am 12 lbs down since I started, I am only losing like 1-2 lbs a week also. That is healthy, you are doing so good and you are helping to keep me on track. Such an inspiration!

  • I totally feel what you are saying. When I workout my appetite is of the hook. When I don't I barely get hungry. I need to learn to eat small frequent meals instead of waiting until I am starving. Keep up the good work Tracie girl!

  • You're only supposed to be losing like 2lbs a week. Thats the healthy way to do it. Liquid diets don't work...maybe its good to cleanse the body but once you start eating regular food again the weight will go back on. I'm an Exercise Science major so Im not just pulling this out my butt you feel me lol I don't know I just started working out again soo we'll see. Keep up the good work and I hope you stay motivated :D
