You're right with everything you say. Young women are now expected to have shaved vaginas like in porn, free from all body hair, unnaturally big boobs yet a small waist. Young guys hardly know what a real woman looks like. Saying that, young women hardly know what a real woman looks like too.

@KnoxSabrina You are actually a stereotype being portrayed by someone who really wants to prove that feminists are all man-hating bigots. Stop wasting everyone's time troll.

I think that things like unions and having sex work entered into the oversight of government agencies would be a good step in the right direction. Like if the women knew that they had their governments backing in labor disputes with pornographers, they would have more power in the industry instantly. But I think that much of the problems in sex work are labor issues, it's like this industry is stuck in the pre-union, The Jungle, era of labor practices.

@Svenhartley Yes, you've hit on one of the major issues there -- pornography is so very normalised, but at the same time can be harmful in many ways. And if you try to criticise it, people defend it, because they consume it and don't want to know whether what they watch and get off to might actually be damaging.

@Svenhartley Personally, I'm not sure I'm going to trust the word of a paedophile. But I sincerely hope that on that point, he was telling the truth, because otherwise at least some of those girls were being raped via coercion.
Good video, but I would recommend that you look up "Feminist Porn Awards." I can't remember if you acknowledged this already, but not all porn is damaging. I would warn against any statistics that claim that the most-watched porn is humiliation/concercive, or that the majority of porn is derived from coercion.

@SickMouth I know feminist porn exists, but it makes up very little of the actual porn industry. There was a 2007 study done by Robert J. Wosnitzer and Ana J. Bridges, called "Aggression and Sexual Behavior in Best Selling Pornography: A Content Analysis Update" which found that physical aggression (gagging, slapping, choking etc) occurred in 88% of scenes from fifty of the top rented porn films. If you included verbal aggression, there was an average of 12 aggressive acts per scene.

@SickMouth I am not against porn as a concept; I am against the industry as it currently stands.

If feminists are anti porn, then I must be anti feminist. You leave me no choice.

@chillinpotato5 Nope, lots of feminists are pro-porn -- look up sex positive feminism. And I'm not against porn in theory, just the industry as it currently stands.
