No, but a high quality video would be less pixelated and correctly coloured. A Higher Resolution than default does not make it High Quality. That was the point i had meant to make.

Not only is it not High Quality video, but there is 4 minutes of black at the end.
Please don't mislead viewers.

this is high quality. the normal youtube resolution is 320x240 this video has a 480x360 resolution. and the black at the end is to provide the higher resolution.
