this reminds me so much of my grandparents; they were together over 50 years, childhood sweethearts. they'd been through everything together, even my Gram surviving cancer. sadly, my Papa didn't survive his cancer and passed away two years ago. RIP. I can only hope to find a love half as amazing as theirs in my lifetime.
