A lot of people try to do "instructional" videos, but you have a very clear, very concise method of instruction. Best I've seen thus far. I'm a fairly accomplished striker (more than enough to handle your average douchey tought guy) but have started trying to add some technique and finesse (read as: Skill) to my takedowns and JJ lately. These are very helpful for me, and I thank you for the time you put into making them.

Fifth thing you do is wash the ball sweat off of your face.
What about posture control? I was looking through Ryan Hall's mastering the triangle DVD and he claimed that it's often neglected by most beginners. It's helped out my triangle tremendously.

@Daggerfall40 You're right. Posture control is also really important. A few of the grips and details I show in the video will help you greatly with posture control, but I probably should have isolated it as yet another common mistake. Oh well...
