  • What about posture control? I was looking through Ryan Hall's mastering the triangle DVD and he claimed that it's often neglected by most beginners. It's helped out my triangle tremendously.

  • @Daggerfall40 You're right. Posture control is also really important. A few of the grips and details I show in the video will help you greatly with posture control, but I probably should have isolated it as yet another common mistake. Oh well...

  • A lot of people try to do "instructional" videos, but you have a very clear, very concise method of instruction. Best I've seen thus far. I'm a fairly accomplished striker (more than enough to handle your average douchey tought guy) but have started trying to add some technique and finesse (read as: Skill) to my takedowns and JJ lately. These are very helpful for me, and I thank you for the time you put into making them.

  • @BATHtoonworks bjj - do check it out. i don't do it (prefer aikido) but this guy and a few others have me convinced - will DEF start learning this amazing art.

  • Awesome vid thanks for sharing

  • FINAL SOME WHO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE SAYING

  • Nice .... very good tutorial

  • @grandaddynative

A proper triangle choke is when he snifs his own arm

  • what type of fighting is this?

  • Fifth thing you do is wash the ball sweat off of your face.
