  • will you marry me?

  • Fantastic! There are some good ideas of simplification. What I was thinking that either he is very modest or he just doesn't know how to end a piece like this. Everything is great up until he reaches for the hanky. Does he forget that the audience is there and that they wish to see acknowledgment to their applause? Or is it something else? He does a similar thing in his other video. He ends as if it was just a practice by himself and then there is the sudden realisation that he is not alone!

  • This etude has become a guilty pleasure of mine. :P

  • amazing technique

  • The performance is very powerful!

  • Extraordinaire !

Merci pour cet apport ineffable !

  • A masterpiece for the artist and his instrument. Both are beyond perfection here. Saint-Saans has to be eternally showcased for this magnificent composition. Bravo to all of them

  • I looked it up, dillo5000 is NOT joking.

  • Tecnica indiscutibile...

    complimenti...

Forse non smpre c'è la musicalità ma in saint seans mi sono stupita..!

  • THANKS! Now I can see the other replies within the category and I can see why he looked like "what the cat drug in." I echo Choss. I'd feel it cruel to have someone play one encore after all those etudes.
