The music is from the game Touhou 13 - Ten Desires. The Touhou Project series is a bullet hell shooter game from the one-man-creator ZUN playable on Windows. The fabulous music became really famous for its catching themes and many doujin artists are making arranges like these one here. But not only music, the fandom created many other fanwork. Just search and check it out, Touhou is a great experience. :3
