Hi Carol, I use a dressing called Walden Farms, have you ever heard of it? My favorite is chipoltle ranch with a chicken salad and I flavor the chicken with Mrs. Dash fiesta lime, it's delicious. Where do you get the cabellas (flavors)?

@vrwhitlockable Waldon Farms has sucralose in them. Very dangerous ingredient. The drops are Capella and you can find them online.

Hi carol - Did you get any feedback about those chips? I am goin ginto Phase 3 next Monday. very curious about those chips. I know I will have to wait until after 3 weeks of Phase 3 to try them. Thank you for your videos!

@slive2k A few have tried and loved. No negative results. I wouldn't introduce right away, but as soon as you have stabilized for about 3 weeks I'd give them a try. They are soooo good.

Hello Carol, you are hard at it and very informational as well. Therefore, I am hoping that you can answer if the HCG claims being made in connection with the HCG drops are under fire by the FDA in terms of the real hormone being absent because I would so love to swith to the drops at this point.
