How does it sound? - Jolana Iris bass

Well ... I am not a professional bass player and recorded this video just to show how sounds Jolana Iris bass. Shortscale, two Single Rail PU. Many musicians have bought modern or famous brand Instruments and forgot about the "cheesy" Czechoslovakia (The country is long gone) "Krnov" made Instruments, but anonymous remembers Jolana iris bass - good, fit bass! the neck on that kklooks really thin so the strings would be closer together? if so thats pretty friggin sweet

@TheAcebass666 Hi. The neck is closer to standard P-bass neck, it only thiner on the higher position (closer to deck) "Low trapezoidal". Pretty playable.

I Think I have THE CHEESY BASS ... Just a few days ago I purchased an URAL 510G bass . It's the first type of the famous soviet Ural bass. It's almost new, and surprisingly it sounds, and plays good. The neck is thicker than my brother's Les Paul's neck :) But it's awsome !

i have a jolana bass telekaster form 1977,it sounds so good, i wouldn not treadet for anything,it sound better than my yamaha rbx 374.

Throw your Pick away, and this bass will sound 2 times better ;) btw its pretty good :) i just fix Bas-1, and i put homemade pickups :)

That right! That why am said it's one of the most successful instruments of the Socialist blok. It has unique vintage sound. Great for slap\popup!
