So X Factor is basically X-men? so why did they change the name? or i'm assuming it's a different team of mutants?

@enzyme2x thought about it but, I'm scared that someone will figure out where I live and steel them. Hey have you heard of a book named "Unmasked, Erotic Tales of Gay Superheroes?" Got it for Christmas but, haven't started reading it yet.
