  • Jacque Fresco is a time traveller. Glad he came back to our time to wake us the fuck up!

  • @Wh3tst0nE Jacque talks about most things in life most of academia talk about specific and limited things. What Jacque says we need a total transformation in humans. Our human culture and traditions are very ignorant and outdated and do not work in our technological world.Academia touch certain aspects of things, we cannot think like this. Most so called respected teachers only touch certain aspects of the world, money ,government, god, are things that are no longer relevant in our w

  • I'm a supporter of TVP and TZM, but I think he's wrong about some of these things, like, take TED talks for example, or any activist group, they are actively working for a change, proposing solutions, etc, not just describing shit. :)

  • @EarlySeed -- the power you speak of having first is the power knowledge & education.... which academia actually ends up hindering in the long run due to the existence of a corrupt monetary system. People need to know why they should lose faith in money... education is the answer. The people who attempt to change things from within the system... either get fired a million times from everywhere or they are killed or........ they end up doing there own thing in venus florida ;)

  • @EarlySeed I didin't say that what he said or what he doing is right. I was merely pointing out that he is self-taught. He isn't special. Nobody is. Everyone is influenced by ideas. Men die, the ideas remain.

  • @futureproducernet I see what you're saying, but I think he shouldn't put all academics in the same basket. Some have the same views he has, but are trying to change things within academia, rather than giving up and doing their own thing. The way I see it, the only way to get big projects done is to be involved in academia and the monetary system. I am just finding it very hard to see how we can ever trump the monetary system without first having the power to do so.

  • @EarlySeed -- He's telling about his actual experience with scientists from the world of academia... not his opinion about it. You don't have to like it or believe it... that doesn't mean it's not true. Also.. academic sciences can be just as corrupt as religion.. regardless of rational. If they all want to believe the same thing... that becomes the answer.... that's dogmatic, not science. When Jacque shares his ideas, he's laughed at by the academics... simply over "monetary cost" mentality ;)

  • @Josephjoel3 i have been seeing alot of people talk down on academia lately and I don't understand it. Great if he learned it himself (the resources he used were written by academics) but I think he is very judgemental, saying that he has no interest in talking to scientists, scientists are the most rational academics you can find. A very important part of science and engineering is collaboration, sharing of info, for a global intellect, rather than the intellect of a single man.

  • @EarlySeed He learned it by himself. He is self taught. Anybody can learn and become great at anything. All that is needed is time, the resources and determination.

  • I don't understand, where did he learn science if he's to speak down on scientists?
