as i said a couple of times before man rico is a stud his bjj is fenomenal and rico is going 20 percent speed he was recently in our academy and held a seminar and i rolled whith him again and learned again hahahah he is the muhammad ali of bjj :-)

yeah in the video im about 25 kg heavyer than rico. and rico is giving it about 25% off hes ability. guys rico is a nine time world champion and im honored just to be able to roll whith him once a year :-)

if you have the chance to atte3nd one off ricos seminars please do he is simply fantastic just his presence inspires BJJ.

The brown belt guy is good, but he also looks much bigger than the black belt. If they were same size I think Viera would finish much faster.
