http://www.TheBestWayToExercise.com teaches you how to exercise all of the muscles in your body, including the quadriceps, or quads. During Leg Extensions, make sure you plantar flex your feet to avoid straining the calves and causing a reciprocal inhibition response in the quadriceps muscles.
