To everyone that keeps saying things like "this is illegal." I can assure that it is not... If you aren't an admin, all you can access is what they have shared (maybe accidentally)
Sometimes I wonder why I posted this... all I get is little kid responses that are so ridiculously uneducated, that it is frustrating. Do some research before you go begging for help or trolling the comments.

I am prompted for a username and password when copying the IP adress into Run.. What should I fill in there? Is it the username and password of a session on the victim computer?
Can I still do this even though I am not an admin on the network? Is there a way I can access the files of the other computer w/o being admin? I don't understand this thing about e-mail access
what happens when it asks for a user name and password?

@pr0rang3r5
that means you are not admin, and need credentials to continue.

@VuurwerkTeamAR
Glad I could help? lol
This is proof of what I always tell my employees. Just because I can see what you're doing, doesn't mean that I want to. I don't want to know about my coworker's foot fungus, or bestiality addiction. Knowledge is power, and power can be evil.

Is it preferred to have a specific type of operating system (windows, Mac OS ETC) for Hacking? And do you need a powerful processor to hack?

@Subsciber777
Most would say linux. I prefer windows, simply because I can easily dual boot to linux. I would say you only need a powerful processor if you plan to try to brute force stuff. Just be sure to follow the laws in your area.
