whisper 56 - sleep talking/walking

Just talking about what happened last night when my boyfriend started sleep talking and a little about me when i used to sleepwalk. I didn't do it often.

Do any of you sleep walk/talk?

Everyone says we shouldn't wake a sleepwalking person, but what will happen if we do wake him/her up? I've always wondered

Well i've heard many things, the two most common being that they can have a heart attack and they can lash out and hurt you or themselves. But i don't know how true the rumours are.

haha thanks No, at the time i was quite annoyed really because i was tired and he was swearing at me. But then when i woke up in the morning it was quite funny.

My girlfriend doesn't usually talk in her sleep, once she rolled over and screamed "YELLOWFLUFFYLOLLYPOPS" then went back to sleep, I couldn't sleep that night for laughing lol

when i was little once i went to sleep in my bed and woke up on the toilet, no joke.

everyone in my life sleep talks. my roommate does ALL the time; one morning, she sat up in bed, slammed her palm against the wall and screamed, "it's a slide, dammit", and lay back down. my girlfriend does too- she was screaming in her sleep once, so i shook her awake but apparently she was having a nightmare about me being hurt, so when she woke up and saw me looking at her all panicked, she thought she was still in her dream and kept screaming. we laugh about it now lol, but i was terrified!

I sleepwalk and I somethimes go downstairs and drink some coffe and go back to my room and the wired thing is that I can't stand coffe so I don't get why I would drink it? XD

Hahaha I shouted at my cousin the other day. We were on vacation and I woke him up screaming connor! Connor there's a rat by your pillow! I feel bad now.

I've been told I talk in my sleep. When I asked what did I say he said I wasn't speaking english, which is spooky since I can't speak anything else.

But my Ex girl friend did punch a wall in her sleep thinking it was someone she hated, and hurt herself pretty well.
