Your first argument is a typical tu quoque fallacy.

Of course you cant tell animals not to eat others they wont understand it, in the same way most humans dont see a point in it. Being vegetarian or vegan is just a small effort to reduce suffering by not increasing the demand for dead animals. and as a thing that humans do it is as "natural" as eating meat. in fact everything is natural.
