From flying at almost the speed of sound to dragging the airplane tail on the runway, the Boeing 787 test fleet has flown some of the most extreme conditions on the way to completing all the tests required for certification.

  • What? i would love to spend my weekend on that beautiful bird!

  • What is the rate of flame propagation in a composite plastic airframe as compared to one that's built out of aluminum???

  • oh please boeing, I want to fly in this new airplane, please please allow me to be a bu on the wall, preferably the cockpot!! I am very enterested in the 737,747,757, 767, 777,787.......I am ready to be picked up at PWM!!

  • @SCHRUBBE1966

    Fool!

  • I seriously can't wait to fly the 787 to London in the future

  • @SCHRUBBE1966 Are you retarded? The 787 is less expensive then was expected. 75% of it is still made in the U.S.A. Since when has being quieter, more fuel efficient, and having a better ride quality a bad thing? Sliced toast? A ll toast is sliced, stupid! Last but not least, carbon composites are lighter, stronger, and safer than aluminum used on modern aircraft.

  • overpriced, over outsourced and behind planninbg. To much tech. look at the loosers flying on it on this video. Expendable emplyoyees. They will say it is the best thing since sliced toast until one crashes due to it's carbon material. Like when a wing snaps off one.
