I haven't listened to Amazing Journey/Sparks in years. When I heard Keith's punchy drumming punctuating each line and John's bass guitar chords and wonderfully melodic bass lines, all I can say is what a loss! RIP Keith Moon and John Entwistle! No cover band can match the intensity of Roger Daltrey's vocals. Pete Townshend is a genius. This album blew me away when I bought it in 1969. It still stands as a testament to The Who's artistry.

We went from THIS to publicity whores like Gaga, celebrity appeals like Swift and Bieber, and the neanderthal grunting of Rap!

this album was one of the first that I bought for myself and have listened and sung my way through many times. The part were the specialist says I know you cant see me /but I think you can see your self./how does the mirror affect you " was something that attracted my attention but didn't fully understand till I broke the mirror . Thank you Mr Townsend it was a big clue and now I'm free and freedom tastes of reallityy

@Blazer7x70
Hahaha thank you. And no problem.
Yeah, I actually have the original record on vinyl. Bought it awhile ago and the condition it's in is near perfect. I'd like to buy a turntable once and play that record on it!

@andreandeahhh
Well, to be honest, even if it helps a few people on here, I'll be glad. And I am. You're welcome!
