UPDATE: SEPTEMBER 19 - BARNEY IS NOW AVAILABLE!
PETFINDER PROFILE: http://www.petfinder.com/petdetail/20902570
If only dogs could talk, then Barney could surely tell us some amazing tails. Having survived the streets of San Bernardino and a short stint in one of SB Countys highest kill shelters, Barney, a 2-year-old neutered male Beagle blend, considers himself twice-blessed to have been saved by the caring humans at Saving Great Animals Rescue. Now Barney is looking for a family to love him and care for him forever.
As you can see in the video, Barney is mild-mannered and sweet. He gets along well with his foster familys two beagles, and despite their energetic antics, he is a mellow fellow and desires nothing more than to be loved and give love, even wagging his tail. Barney does wonderfully in a crate (not a peep from him all night long!), but also enjoys cuddling and snuggling.
His adoption fee includes rescue from the SB County Shelter, transfer to Saving Great Animals, neuter, shots, microchip and lots of love. Barney is being lovingly fostered in Carlsbad (Northern San Diego County) until he finds his forever family. To learn more about Barney or to schedule an introduction, contact Barneys foster mom Valerie at (858)342-8434 or fill out an application at http://www.savinggreatanimals.org. Barney looks forward to meeting you!!
