Thanks for posting this--I am THISCLOSE to landing that confounded jump, and I am so happy people like you post progression videos like this one. Maybe I'll post mine once I get there!

You have a very nice flow out of the axel. Geez, maybe someday I'll land one...

Sadly, the axel will take MUCH longer than a month, it took me 6 months to get my axel, it's one of the hardest jumps, but don't get discouraged. Your double salchow and doubl toe will come very soon after you land an axel, when I landed my axel, only 3 months later I landed ALL of my double jumps! what I did to land my axel is I tried flicking my hips when I was in the air, you will get more rotation! try doing an axel back scratch spin, you will have your axel in no time!
Wow! that was really good :) you have a lovely distance :D
Hehe, sorry for my bad english ^^

Your axel is huge !! I have mine consistent now, but I'm scared to jump after a recent bad fall..so I either fall or just barely get off the ice ! Any tips to make it as beautiful as yours ?

@andrea99056284 you have to keep at it. Years back I had a bad fall on my tailbone, and couldn't jump for weeks, and just had to keep practicing to get it back. Good luck!

Wow your amazing. Im working on mine and i either have it cheated 1/2 two footed and stand up or get it pretty much fully rotated but fall. =( tips? You have a beautiful axel. Its really high and you just jump really far. How long exactly did it take you to land? And how old are you? Your my new inspiration! =/

Hey thanks. The real trick is getting the rotation over the right side, and it does take lots of practise. Between starting on the Axel (when I was 22) and the first one landed, it was about 1 year... but much longer to get it consistent!
