After Paul Washer preached this sermon on a Sunday evening in Holland to end a weekend conference (also with Charles Leiter), everyone had returned to their tents and rooms, then in the middle of the night about 2am, one by one people started getting up and without warning going to the main meeting hall. There were no man made altar calls, just the Spirit of God moving and people on the floor crying over their sin and wanting to know God, and then shouting in Dutch "I am saved, I am saved". 21 people found the Lord that night by a marvelous work of the Holy Spirit. I have been a follower of Paul Washer and infact I listen to his messages daily since I came across him. In fact I consider him to be one of the greatest preahcers of our time.

But the day I hear in any of his messages anything resembling a support of divorce and remarriage, thats the day I will delete all his messages from my hard disk and cell phones. Period.

I have repentanted and I'm sorry for the things I have said. But with all due respect to Paul washer is in error when says Jesus is ok with divorce and remarriage when the Scriptures and his described character clearly says otherwise

@Fightingfire1 we must pray to the Father in the name of Jesus Christ because it is the only Hope we have ! Through Christ we were made, and by Christ we were saved! the whole bible supports this statement! Just read....i feel like people often wait for others to do their own homeworks for them! dont take this wrong but if you seek him you will find Him just pray that He reveals the meaning of his words to you! @Fightingfire1 : I'm hoping you asking this question with a Genuine Heart! and I pray my answer helps but if not i suggest to listen to most of Paul Washers' sermons and John Piper on the Supremacy of Christ! but for my understanding of the Bible...Christ is God and God is Christ ! Isaiah 44 indicates that God is the Lord and Savoir! and if you a christian you know that Jesus Christ is Lord and Savoir God is the only Messiah meaning JesusChrist is the God of the Old testament

My dear before long your life will loose meaning. Riches without God are valueless. I was a backsliden Christian once but now I give all. I dont ever want to be away from him...never ever Nothing eans anything without God .
