ok. so he won the us open by 15. and british by 8. thats it. his 2000 swing won the 2001 masters not my much. again 2002 and also the us open by not that much. tigers new swing is jsut as good if not better. tiger plans for the future. his body wont be able to handle the 97 swing and 2000 swing in the long run. and tiger is doing jsut fine with his newer flatter swing. he won 7 majors with his 2000 swing. and so far 6 with this one. not bad. tiger can win with ANY swing

yeah ur wright in a way but look at his ball strikeing stats on the pga tour way better around 2000. one year he was no1 on driving accuracy green in regulation and 2nd or 3rd in driving distance

cant argue with you on that one... yeah in 2000 he did have those stats. youre right.
but its the wins that count. im sure if and when he surpasses the 18 major mark no one will talk about which swing was more powerful or better. what matters is hell go down in history as the greatest golfer to play the game. lets hope that happens!!

yes yes yes

but also factor in that courses now are much longer, competition is much stiffer, and there are a lot more young guns just strictly out to get tiger

back in those days, he used 2 irons, now he's switched to a five wood, which he can shape more of his shots with

his ball striking i think is better, mostly because he can shape more of his shots, if you watch some of the stuff he does now in his tournaments, he just controls it in a fashion very few other players do
