  • While I congratulate you on your success I would be cautious of broad statements and suggestions like no grain at all. It might work great for some but most often the problem is not the grain but how and what part of it is in use. If the problem is gluten - oats are gluten free for example.

    Stuff like pasta, whit buns etc. Is obviously grain with all of the good oils and other good stuff taken out.

    i've been on massive doses steroids too because of my RA! you encouraged me to go completely grain-free too!

  • That is awesome! Now I'm listening to this when I was younger I never ate grains and i was in incrediable shape. My doc's would tell me I would live to be 150 easy. Now I'm over weight and stiff and sore on most days....it never occurred to me to cut out grains. Thank you for the encourgement!
