It looks easy but hard as hell. Core related. ONLY a person in mid to advance shape should do this-NOT A BEGINNER.

  • I'm not sure if I understand the question. If you're doing an Overhead Press or Chest Pressm its a mult joint exercise meaning you're working more than one body part. OH press works the shoulders at the same time working your upper chest and triceps. Bench press works the chest, triceps.

    The exercise I'm doing on this video works the chest, triceps, core and stanima. All three exerices are helpful. Just make sure as always that you have the proper form.

  • This has nothing to do with the bear crawl. But, I was wondering what muscles you work out when you do pullups?

  • Hi, im wondering if doing barbell pressups on the spot will do anything for me? does it work your chest or is it just like an ordinary pressup and work your shoulders?? maybe it depends idk but im kean on keepin in tidy shape so pls reply if you can =)
