Increase or decrease in usage is completely irrelevant. It is a personal decision. The objective of the government should not be to decrease usage but to improve public health and taking away medicine from patients and stopping ppl from smoking weed does not cater to this objective whatsoever!

hey alright, a caller from my hometown brownsville, texas!! Its so true i live near the border and you can get schwag for 10$. You also see people that are drug dealers and those who are not. Many of the immigrants cross the border with nothing and start selling dope. They should just legalize it and tax it reasonably.
