@workhardt2 Yes but the idea of 1 little macedonian leader succeeding over the entire achaemenid empire is pathetic. And furthermore, the people willingly invited alexander into their city states. And darius the coward went into hiding instead of dying on the battlefield....Greece was split into many city states then unlike persia..that's why it was easy for alexander and rome to take over. @themonkeyisback2 Alexander, actually beat out Darius III. This is much later on in the History of Achaemenid Empire. Every empire fall with time. This is what history has taught us. The Roman empire Succeded the Great Greek civilization. hahha. That's funny.
