@ngrox I don't see how you can think that. Tony is definitely underrated and is an amazing player, but is technique and style is nowhere near Vai's. The only thing I'd put him above Vai is that he's cleaner.

I think of the virtuoso as a guy and the audience as a lady. The guy instead of making love to the woman stands in the corner of the bedroom strokin' his junk saying "Look at my big wee-wee! Isn't it special!". The woman just sits there on the bed bored out of her skull. The virtuoso never puts his dick in.
