Please remember that no matter who you are, or where you are, your life is worth it.
I did not make this for a school project. I made this because people suffer from depression every day and awareness needs to be seen and heard.
You do have something to live for.

  • What made you think of this to do a video on ? , did u really do those pills ? :P , and is that a real number.. and i likeed it .

  • @domo12309 I've had severe depression since gr.8, and usually I can keep it under control. Occasionally though, I can't control it and it shnes through. In the past, i've attempted suicide over 40 times (by trying to overdose on painkillers (thus the pills)). I made this video about 3 days ago when my depression was showing through. I didn't take all of those pills, only about 3. I stopped myself from taking all of them because I didn't want to put my friends and family through (1/2)

  • Great video Nadia, you have told mme some of the things that you have been through, but I know it's not half of them, but this is such a great video to put up. and I am proud of you for putting the word out there! Like you said, Stay Strong :) ! Awesome Vid Nadia, as usual.

  • this is absolutely amazing nadia

  • So that shit is pretty intense. You know if you ever feel like that I'm only and text/phone call away. No matter what time of day or night. Talk to me about anything. I am hear to listen. I love you so so much and what a great idea to let people know they aren't alone. <3

  • @domo12309 that kind of pain. Yes, that is the real suicide prevention hotline #. I've personally never had the guts to call, but I still put it in for someone who may be ahving a tough time. I've got everything under control for now, but I do still have my occasional "off-days". Usually though, it's not enough to push me to repeat my psat. 3 days ago was one of those days that did. I made this video to help people, so that they can see that they're not alone.
