The person who shoots first or basically dies first, even if he shot, will still die but the other one wouldnt.

happened to my friend in standoff, him and I were playing against generals, lagging like hell, my friend shot him 12 times in the face. The dude turned around and sniped him in one shot.

yup, i've had this experience. but only my time IT WAS 5 TIMES threw his damn face. I want to know how they did it. Because if we all had these experiences, than i doubt its lag. Damn hackers.
