Beautiful music indeed. This is very innovative to use a «minuet like» melody as introduction to such a pious liturgical text. It almost make us laugh at death's face. What I mean is: WELL done:o)

My sincerest gratitude; I really appreciate your kind feedback! I am busy with setting the 'Kyrie eleison' to music (i.e. I and II that will be before and after this piece), but, owing to the scale that I am aiming at, they will probably take quite some time to finish. Their themes sound a bit more sombre, so this piece should provide some contrast ;-). Thanks very much again for your positive comment!

Thank you! I'm really glad that you like it!
This piece was recorded using Kontakt 2 Player; the player is bundled with Sibelius and they also include a few virtual instruments with it to use when playing back scores. I don't usually use that; I prefer recording music through an external instrument that tends to produce better, more realistic results. However, in this case I exported it directly from Sibelius.
Thanks again for your comment!
