"Lord, When Your Glory I Shall See"
Lord, when Your glory I shall see
And taste Your kingdom's pleasure;
Your blood my royal robe shall be,
My joy beyond all measure.
When I appear before Your throne,
Your righteousness shall be my crown;
With these I need not hide me.
And there, in garments richly wrought,
As Your own bride I shall be brought
To stand beside in joy beside You.
Lord when your glory I shall see!

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." John 3:16
"Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost." Acts 2:38
"Sirs, what must I do to be saved? And they said, 'Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved...'" Acts 16:30-31
This has and will continue to be one of my favorite hymns...

What more is there to say as a Christian? Let's not forget this hymn is the last verse to "A Lamb Goes Uncomplaining Forth" in the old TLH (The Lutheran Hymnal 1941).
Because He went "Uncomplaining Forth,"..... we know, and find comfort and joy in knowing we "WILL in glory see His face" and "stand in joy beside Him".
