Climate Control System Specifications
- Heating, humidification and cooling are controlled accurately. Using proportional heating, variable speed or on/off fans.
- Curve control for desired temperature, minimum and maximum ventilation for broiler and rearing houses.
- HMI (human machine interface) on a LCD display 4 text lines.
- Free allocation of temperature and humidity sensors in one single package for up to 6 sensors are possible to connect to one controller.
- Free allocation of temperature and humidity sensors for up to 8 zone heatings (heaters)
- Up to 2 winch motors for lateral fresh air inlets with response synchro potentiometer, or without if there is no negative pressure control or if the winch motors are time-controlled.
- Up to 2 winch motors for open/closed or controlled tunnel opening possible, with or without response synchro potentiometer
- Manually opened tunnels are also supported by means of a limit switch which sends a signal to the control unit to indicate that the tunnel curtain was opened and that a switch-over to tunnel mode is possible. As long as this switch is not activated, the system runs in side mode at max ventilation.
- Night-time reduction for a determined period of time. During the night, the temperature can be reduced or raised. Afterwards the computer switches back automatically to standard control mode.
- Up to 6 room-temperature sensors
- Optional connection of CO² sensor to control min. ventilation.
- Indication of wind chill factor in tunnel operation.
- Indication of min. ventilation in m³ as „real air" (optional)
- real time clock
- Built-in time clocks control water, feed and lighting.
Lighting can also be dimmable with the automatic dusk dawn control.
- In case of a power failure or exceeding temperature values, the alarm output will be activated.
