The second phase of confirmation of charges hearing involving Deputy Prime Minister Uhuru Kenyatta, Head of Civil Service Ambassador Francis Mathura and Former Police Commissioner Hussein Ali could be more dramatic than the first case, which involved MPs William Ruto, Henry Kosgey and Radio Broadcaster Joshua Arap Sang. Kenyatta, despite being accused of perpetrating crimes against humanity, has opted to take to the witness stand to testify in his own case, during which he will be cross-examined by the prosecution side. The other suspects, Mathura and Ali will each call two witnesses in a bid to trash prosecutor Luis Moreno - Ocampo's evidence. Francis Gachuri reports on Kenyatta's unprecedented move, as well as the likely strengths and shortcomings of the strategy he has elected to employ.
The way Uhuru was insulting people Kehee on National television and saying they need to be circumcised? Hmm i wonder what he is going to testify about.
