Creation declares God
1) In creation, we have space, matter, and time in one creation.
2) In space, we have length, width, and height in one space.
3) In matter, we have energy, motion, and phenomenon in one substance.
4) In time, we have past, present, and future in one time.
5) In man, we have body, soul, and spirit in one man (1 Thessalonians 5:23).

when the painting of the sistine chapel was done, they did not include pieces of dog shit either. Artisitic impressions are exactly that: selective interpretation. Let us not confuse those with a COMPLETE description of reality. Let is also evaluate scripture with the same lens: The book of Revelations describes Heaven as a city of streets paved in gold. It does not mention whether the gold comes from a sweatshop of laborers, or the sewage beneath it nor the governing system that maintains both.

The beauty of God is in stark contrast to the inhumanity of mankind. The "Fall of Man" was not merely a stumble. It was a catastrophe.

@profpop - ok, good question. Answer - ugliness/sin comes from the fall of man. Man needs to be redeemed. God provides the redemption through his Son Jesus Christ. The redeemed, at death, will enter the beauty God intended - in heaven.

If beauty is evidence of god then what about ugliness the of a tapeworm, the stench of a cholera infected sewer and the cruelty of a children's terminal cancer ward? There is no justification for selecting just the nice things.
