This video summarizes my mind-set at the turn of 2009(yet the vid works for so many occasions lol). For 12 years I've eaten a high produce diet, and now I've gone raw.

When you are connected to raw nature, there are a lot of synchronicities and patterns(like seeing the numbers: 1,3 & 9). And I believe it improves intuition, and your link with Source.

2 years since I made this video, and I'm STILL just as inspired, pumped and pumping iron. and eating mostly fruit and veg. I got rid of the nuts. Finally free of food running my life....into the ground.
