This is a combination of exercises i thought of with the hang clean its a good warm up as wells as a great exercise with a little bit of cardio i do more weight with this but u can also add weight with each set if you wanna add it to your work out program i personally think this is a great exercise for anybody in athletics for explosive power, it will strengthen hips as well... let me know what you think subscribe if u will any questions email me at xtranzamxm@aol.com
@craignkrp09 yah bout a year ago they were 14 just unpumped but haven't done it in awhile i created tis exercise off top of my head as of most of my other vids
