Oblivion - Outside the Game Glitch

Find this dead end in the Unmarked Cave Maze area (just north of the Imperial City) and wait for the rocks to collapse in front of you, then jump over the rubble and outside the normal game area. Note: I used a amulet of water-walking, but even without it, you just swim ABOVE the water!!

how did you even access the maze area?

It's a normal part of the game, you just have to jump over the pile of rocks after they fall down. The rocks usually block your path, but as you can see from the video, you can jump over them if you are careful.

It's actuallly not a glitch. This is the cave where Bethesda didn't finish, hense the locked door on the right of the cave as soon as you enter it. They didn't want anyone to find out about it. Very, very few people know about this.
