Anemone Wars ~ Episode One

After our Green Bubble Tip Anemone split we moved it to our 90 gallon reef tank. We already had a Rose Bubble Tip Anemone in the 90 being hosted by our lovely Gold Bar Maroon Clown so the next day we bought a Black Saddleback Clown fish for the Green anemone.

We were beyond thrilled when little Sadie ate with gusto moments after finishing her acclimation, stood up to the Domino damsel bully like a trooper and seemed to be welcomed in by the rest of the reef community. Within 14 hours of her arrival Sadie happily began hosting the green anemone!

Unfortunately, Goldie decided that Sadie's GBTA looked like a nice place to visit so chased Sadie out and began hosting both anemones... Will Goldie tire of the constant travel between Rose and Greenie? Will Sadie get her anemone back? That part of the story is yet to unfold...
