  • US Gold? You mean that tungsten filled shiny stuff?

  • Our GDP is a bunch of nonsense. Did you know that if you own your home the gov decides how much rent you should be paying yourself and then adds that to the GDP? This item alone is nearly $2T. Since the inflation rate is so underreported, a lot of the gdp growth is nothing more than inflation. Then there is hedonic adjustments. Say a computer is faster than last years computer for the same price, they add $ to the price when counting GDP! Unbelievable.
