@gmlasam I am a british filipino and were not trying to be "white", were here in UK so why not speak english and were also adapting to the culture..

The accent itself real or not is not an issue, at least to me.....it is the "loudness" that sounds annoying. Any people who speaks so loud in any public space or environment especially if there are other people there, like inside a public transportation, regardless of the language they speak is so disrespectful to others & that is really annoying.

This is outrageously exagerrated. I am british-filipino who lived in England all my life but we dont speak anything like this at all. First the accent is horrendous! LOL No offence meant. And the use of "British" is commonly misunderstood. Because British accent pertains to loads of regional accents like the English ones: Cockney, the so-called Posh accent, Geordie, Brummie,ManC, scottish and northern irish etc
