I load my Sonic Idle sprite, click Optimize and, GUESS WHAT?! THE PALLETTE DOES NOT LOAD!!! I use bitmap images, but IT DOESNT WORK!!! Any way to fix this?

im having a slight problem whin i run win mugen my chracters invisible when i try to use it in the actual game i get a error message it says Error message: Can't load sonic.sff
Error loading chars/sonic/sonic.def
Error loading p1
and mugen exits out and theres no image on the character selection

ok u need 2 show us how 2 make mugen characters from scratch we wana lean how 2 make characters but instead ur talking about palletes and uv got all these downloaded fighter factories, ffs can some1 jst start from step 1 not sep 3 ffs the absolute beggining! the downloads, the editing everything...wtf is up with fighter factory and how come u havent put a link 4 us 2 download it, or told us 2 get it?

@pokemario2008 elecbyte . c o m or the old version of mugen which I'm using and prefer google randomselect and download from the side menu once you're there.
