  • Just bought that same guitar, only with blue flames... Fender built them to James' specifications and is the top Telecaster in Fender's Artist series... Stunning!!!! Thank you James Burton!!!

  • Joey Salvia is my uncle

  • mosrite60: I don't think I made it clear, but Paisley, Mason, Gill, Jorgenson, Volkaert, Wariner, Lee and Burton all won the Grammy for "Cluster Pluck" (when I re-read what I said, it made it sound like they were all nominated for different songs, but they were all nominated for one song). Anyway, without Paisley doing that instrumental, some of the others may have never won a Grammy.

  • wow, what a group of players. do you know who won the grammy?

  • I've noticed James has an affinity for playing emotional Love Me Tender instrumentals. I've seen another clip of him doing so that also nearly brought a tear to my eye.

And it's especially lovely since it was clearly done for Elvis' 74th birthday.

Love James. He's an AMAZING guitarist. What a legend!

  • He is a telecaster man! One of the best guitar players ever

  • é um gemio de la guita

  • He plays with so much feeling. It must have a lot of memories for him - almost dedicating it to Elvis. Nice to hear this.

  • i stiil cry

  • perfect...
