Im sorry but I disagree. I don't think it is cool to graffiti up public places like that. Same for schools, buildings, and restaurants. Teens need to find something better to do than go tear us property. BUT I HAVE NO PROBLEM with people grafting on train carts...but I think they should lay off the public property.

this is actually in a pizza place that they actually encouraged this for a while, but there became too much, so they stopped letting people do it. Plus there is also a "Free-Wall" in Downtown Olympia, where people are also encouraged to fill the wall with "art"... I think its cool in small doses, but also its just not nice to mess up a good paint job on someones house, or public space. (It is fun to try and read the names tagged on trains as they go by my house tho) =D
