  • You have an incredibly insightful point! It has got to be a tremendous shock to be dealing with the death of a loved one. Tthen to weigh the options of donating their organs has got to be inconceivable if not impossible! Atime when everyone is in good health and a good state of mind is likely the best time to consider such a matter.

  • That's a prophetic and selfless way of looking at the situation. Thank you!!!

  • I know in Australia we have a poor donor rate. We should register more, and talk to our families about it before we die. Because when someone dies the last thing we want is for doctors to tamper with the loved ones body among all the emotion which is obviously natural, which is why the decision and discussion should be made before we die.

  • I've been an registered organ donor for more than 20 years. If by some unfortunate circumstance I am no longer in need of my body, and someone else could use my parts to prolong their life, I'm perfectly fine with that. :)
