Federal EEOC judge exposes her experiences with the EEOC, particularly after she waged charges against them for discrimination she ended with a case against her and the specter of disbarment. .
@strongnoob Dear Gentle Person, Judicial corruption is not new to me. My own brother was murdered because of a highly political case I was involved with. I was strong and eventually turned it over to the FBI, the violations were federal in nature and involved highly placed politicians. My office and home destroyed, my brother was dead and they still came after me. These people now rue the day they screwed with me. At the EEOC I witnessed gross judicial corruption. I am fighting for all of us.
@strongnoob Dear Gentle Person, I am perplexed as to why you feel I built up negative karma. I am a woman, who as a child, was violently sexually abused for over ten years. Raised in sheer poverty, my father made me eat hamburgers made out of Skippy Dog Food and the ensuing vomit. My brothers and sisters shunned me for fear of suffering any pain just because they were near me. I built my life on the bases of two things: to be the very best person I can be, and make the world a better place.
@Suvawala I wrote you a comment about reviewing Undercover Lawyers Forum as I write about Director Perry at UndercoverLawyers Fornum Topic What Law School Does Not Teach you
@Suvawala Please see my recent post on Undercoverlawyers Forum for a nice piece on Director Perry. He is a man without a moral compass and then some. The piece is listed under Law School what they do not teach you..
The administrative judges are by legislation reffered to as attorney examiners. To be licensed by the State Bar according to John Sherlock III, attorney for the EEOC. The fact that they preside over cases, rendering decisions is illegal, They should be punished by their respective State Bars and fired from their positions. Every case they have ruled on is illegal and by law should be overturned. Congress turns a blind eye to this fact.
The EEOC should be disbanded at this point. This would save the taxpayers a lot of money and help lessen our national debt. The EEOC is biased and useless. Some may think that I am saying that just because my case didn;t go my way. Not true... a completely botched case can never go in the proper direction. now one of the women that botched part of it is now head of an EEOC outlet in Florida. Nice promotion. The head of the EEOC refuses to answer any of my emails. He knows the truth.
@FreakShow2008a : This sounds familiar, except I dealt with age discrimination and harassment. I had all sorts of documentation and etc. to prove my case, but the clown who was my "caseworker", and who didn't even have the decency to have my file in front of him when he called, did nothing. I got a right-to-sue letter, and the right to lambast those a-holes on YOUTUBE. Instead of shelling out a $750 retainer fee for some lawyer I didn't know, I bought a nice digital video camera.
The EEOC doesn't do jack $**T for anyone who is heterosexual and white, regardless of their age. Basically, they do little more than take up office space and sit in the air conditioning. I brought a case to them against a former employer which had been ignored by the TX. Comm. on Human Rights, another waste of money. The EEOC ignored it. But the TX Dept of Education didn't ignore it, I'm one of the reasons the ITT schools were stormed by the FBI in April of 2004. MUD IN YOUR EYE, EEOC!!

WRONG. The EEOC is supposed to protect the rights of workers, so the commission itself is not unconstitutional.
